At its heart, my writing — this body of work — is about healing and becoming. My goal is never to rush, optimise or prescribe, but to offer resonance and recognition. Think of it as a companion for women in transition, those who are listening closely to themselves and shaping lives that feel beautiful, spacious and deeply, authentically, their own.
This piece holds the heart of this journal.
A reflective series exploring self-abandonment, repeated relationship patterns and the moment awareness arrives — not to fix us, but to bring us back into relationship with ourselves.

This space grew from a quiet reckoning. Somewhere between early motherhood and the slow accumulation of days, I realised I couldn’t remember the last time I felt fully myself. Not unhappy — just deeply absent.
Writing became the way back.
I write for women navigating identity shifts, motherhood and awakening — for those who are softening rather than striving, listening rather than performing. This journal lives in the space where woman and mother meet, where healing happens quietly and becoming is allowed to take its time.
I don’t write from arrival. I write from inside the living of it.
